Delivery Information

  • The shipping fee charged will not be refunded. We will not make refund if the real weight is less than we charge for. We will not ask for more shipping fee if the real weight is more than we charge for.
  • Please allow 2-3 days for preparation after the payment is cleared. 
  • We will provide tracking number once the items has been shipped. 
  •  Every parcel will be packed securely before sent out, We will not refund on damaged items during shipping, but you can request insurance for shipping at additional cost. 
  • All guns ship to United States will have their Muzzle painted in bright orange, and all trademark will be permanently removed. 
  • Customers need to take responsibility of Taxes and Duties.
  • HongKong regular Airmail Service : Usually takes 7-20 working days exclude holiday/custom clearing ( Also depends on countries and regions )
  • EMS (speedpost) : Usually takes 3-10 working days exclude holiday/custom clearing
  • There is no warranty service to all products except specified items. We must remark at product descriptions if warranty service provided.
  • We will ship the order to the address same as the one in PayPal ONLY.

We can not guarantee that all monitor are displaying the same color of our products, and size measured by hand, 1-3cm different maybe existenced, please considerate it if you are mind of that, thank you.

 

We can't gurantee order can be changed or cancelled after payment is paid as email reply and order processed are responsed by different department. Pls consider deeply before you make order.

The arrangement of undeliverable parcels

This policy applies to orders are returned to us because of unclaimed, incorrect address provided, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

 

When the parcel is being returned, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% handling fee of total items price would be charged.

We can re-ship orders if customer pay for the shipping fee for 2nd shipment.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER

It is the responsibility of buyer to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. SHOOTER COMBAT GEAR can not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% handling fee of total items price would be charged. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by ourselves.

 

Returns & Replacements

All transactions is final consumption. NO TRIAL & TEST.

We do willing to make refund or change a new and correct item UNDER THE FOLLOWING ISSUE

  1. Item is broken or
  2. Missing parts or
  3. Wrong item sent

IF your case meet either ABOVE ISSUE, we accept your return & replacement ONLY that

  1. buyer inform us within 3 working days he/she received the parcel
  2. buyer returns the item within 3 working days after reporting the issue
  3. Item must be sent back with complete package and same condition as you received.

Buyer must return the relevant item back by standard airmail only, NOT EMS service. We will then pay for the returning shipping caused once buyer provide the shipment receipt.and tracking number.
